Dr. Peter Pellegrini is a general and cosmetic dentist and the current owner of Pellegrini Dental in Duxbury, Massachusetts. A graduate of the University of New England College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Pellegrini earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2018 and joined his father, Dr. David Pellegrini, in private practice.

Growing up on the South Shore, Dr. Pellegrini developed a passion for competitive sailing at a young age. He continued sailing competitively at Salve Regina University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business. His background in competitive sailing helped shape the discipline, attention to detail, and dedication that he brings to his work as a dentist.

As a Duxbury dentist, Dr. Pellegrini is committed to providing personalized, comprehensive dental care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals. He combines advanced dental technology, clinical expertise, and modern treatment techniques to deliver high-quality care in a comfortable and patient-focused environment.

Dr. Pellegrini has a particular passion for cosmetic dentistry and high-quality restorative dentistry. His approach is centered on putting the patient first and creating treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health, function, and aesthetics. Outside of the office, Dr. Pellegrini enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, photography, and playing and watching sports. He continues to enjoy sailing and spending time on the water whenever he can.
