Dr. Peter Pellegrini is a general and cosmetic dentist and the current owner of Pellegrini Dental in Duxbury, Massachusetts. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business from Salve Regina University, where he competed in sailing, Dr. Pellegrini earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in 2018. He then joined his father, Dr. David Pellegrini, in private practice, continuing the family’s longstanding commitment to serving patients throughout Duxbury and the South Shore.
Dr. Pellegrini is passionate about cosmetic and restorative dentistry and takes a personalized, patient-first approach to care. He combines advanced dental technology and modern treatment techniques, with particular expertise in digital dentistry, biomimetic bonding, and smile design, to create healthy, natural-looking results tailored to each patient’s goals. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. David Pellegrini is the founder of Pellegrini Dental and has been providing personalized dental care to patients in Duxbury and throughout the South Shore since 1987. Born and raised on Boston’s South Shore, Dr. Pellegrini earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Princeton University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1983. Following dental school, he served in the United States Navy, where he completed a General Practice Residency at Naval Hospital Oakland in California.
For nearly four decades, Dr. Pellegrini has built Pellegrini Dental around comprehensive, high-quality care and lasting relationships with patients and their families. Today, he practices alongside his son, Dr. Peter Pellegrini, continuing a family tradition of dentistry in Duxbury. Outside the office, Dr. Pellegrini enjoys sailing, mountain biking, and spending time with his family, while remaining active in the local community and supporting charitable and youth programs throughout the South Shore.
