Dr. David Pellegrini is an experienced dentist and the founder of Pellegrini Dental in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Born and raised on Boston’s South Shore, Dr. Pellegrini has been providing personalized dental care to patients in Duxbury and throughout the South Shore since founding Pellegrini Dental in 1987.

Dr. Pellegrini graduated from Archbishop Williams High School before attending Princeton University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology. While at Princeton, he was an NCAA National Champion in the hammer throw and earned All-American Track and Field honors. He also played varsity football and received the Winston Roper Award for outstanding scholar-athlete.

Dr. Pellegrini went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1983. Following dental school, he served in the United States Navy, continuing his postgraduate dental education as a General Practice Resident at Naval Hospital Oakland in California. His military service later took him and his wife, Pam, to Sicily.

In 1987, Dr. Pellegrini founded Pellegrini Dental in Duxbury with a commitment to providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a personalized and welcoming environment. Over the years, he has built a practice focused on long-term relationships with patients and their families, while continuing to stay current with advancements in modern dentistry.

Dr. Pellegrini and his wife, Pam, raised five children and currently reside in Kingston. Outside of the dental office, he enjoys sailing, mountain biking, and spending time with family.

Dr. Pellegrini is also deeply involved in the local community. He has volunteered his time leading retreats for teens at Holy Family Church, supporting the Junior Sailing Program at Plymouth Yacht Club, and traveling to Honduras with CapeCares to provide medical and dental relief to communities in need.

With decades of experience serving patients on the South Shore, Dr. Pellegrini remains committed to providing thoughtful, personalized dental care to individuals and families in Duxbury and the surrounding communities.
